At the age of 12, I put down my baseball glove and picked up golf clubs. I played for my high school and college golf teams in the Antelope Valley in California. A former copywriter for a Seattle advertising agency and major newspaper, I live in Floyd, Virginia, with my wife and daughters.
I'm a graduate of San Diego State University. Born in Indiana, I've also lived in California, Washington state and now Virginia.
My Unexpected Adventure
|Neil Sagebiel and Jack Fleck.|
My second book, DRAW IN THE DUNES: The 1969 Ryder Cup and the Finish That Shocked the World, published in September 2014. It includes a foreword by Jack Nicklaus and Tony Jacklin, the two main characters in a gripping Ryder Cup story with a surprise ending.
