OPH obtained an injunction but Waffle House announced that they had already replaced the alleged offending design with a new formulation. Subsequently, Waffle House sued OPH alleging that now POH was infringing on Waffle House technology. I don't think we have heard the last of this dispute.bkuehn1952noreply@blogger.com
